​Zurita Ibrahim PT, C.W.T
Zurita is the principal physical therapist and owner of PT Providers. She has over 14 years treating patients in West Virginia. She is a member of the xx and xx. She graduated with xx from xx. She started her career working with senior patients and continues to specialize in this area.
​Amy Carter PTA
Amy received her degree in Sports Psychology from West Virginia University and went on to obtain her certificate in physical therapy in 2000. She has many years of experience as a physical therapy assistant for outpatient treatment.
​Sherry Donohew Shirley PTA
Sherry graduated from Mountwest Community and Technical College in 2013 at the top of her class. She has experience in many different settings with rehab being her specialty. She has worked with a variety of patients from pediatrics to geriatrics.
